Duties

Private chefs prepare and cook food for our clients. They follow food and sanitation rules, consider diet restrictions, and always make sure to use fresh ingredients. Meals are prepared at the client’s place, instead of being prepared in advance; therefore, a private chef has to make sure to leave the clients’ kitchen and related areas clean and sanitized. When making food for storage, a private chef has to make sure that the dish is properly prepared for cooking it evenly, that it is well stored, and that he provides instructions for reheating

Menu

Our menu is a guide to better assist you, but we can create a menu according to your requirements, gluten free, vegetarian or other food or cultural restrictions. For us, the most important thing is that you enjoy our food without any complications, so if anyone in your family or friends have any food restriction or ALLERGY it is important that you let us know about it. Our chefs select the right menu to suit your taste and/or restrictions, you can even choose an option from our menu.

Breakfast

  • Fresh Orange Juice. Coffee. French toast. Pancakes or Waffles. Fruit plate.
    and Eggs could be one of next options .
    • Mexican omelette with veggies, chorizo and cheese.
    • Ranchero eggs – Sunny-side up eggs on tortilla, beans and red sauce and sour cream.
    • Divorce eggs – Sunny-side up eggs with red and green sauce.
  • Breakfast tacos 2 per person – Scrambleb egg with vegies and cheese in flour tortilla.
  • Avocado toast with sunny-side up egg.
  • Machaca and tamal – Mexican style dried beef with sunny-side up eggs and corn tamal, with poblano pepper
    and sour cream.

Lunch

  • Fish tacos, guacamole, Mexican salsa and green salad.

  • BBQ. Beef and chiken breast . Salsa and guacamole. Green salad.

  • Beef and Shrimp fajitas with red rice, green salad, guacamole and salsa.

  • Home-made hamburguer – Beef or seared tuna with side of baked potatoes.

  • Fish and Shrimp ceviche and curricanes.

  • Al pastor fish tacos with guacamole salsa.

Dinner

  • Tortilla soup. Tampiqueña (flank steak, 2 chiken enchiladas, guacamole and red rice). Dessert. Red Mexican wine.
  • Caprese salad. Fish with seafood risotto and veggies. Table bread. Dessert. White Mexican wine.
  • Green salad. Filet mignon, red wine sauce, baked potato and asparagus. Dessert.Table bread. Red Mexican wine.
  • Surf and turf. Seared tuna tostada (crispy tortilla). Fillet and spicy shrimps with butter and veggies. Dessert. Table bread. Red Mexican wine.
  • You can add appetizers if needed or ask for catering service if you have an special event or big party.
